Refund Policy
Last updated 7 October 2026
In short: if a Tidlet app doesn't work on your Mac and we can't fix it, we'll refund you in full within 14 days of purchase. We also refund duplicate charges at any time.
When we refund
We give a full refund, if you ask within 14 days of your purchase, when:
- The app doesn't work on your Mac, for example it won't open or activate, or a core feature fails, and we can't fix it after you've told us about it.
- It doesn't do what our website says it does.
- You were charged more than once for the same license. We refund duplicates at any time, not just within 14 days.
When we don't refund
Our apps are small, one-time purchases, and much of their value comes the first time you use them. So we don't usually refund:
- purchases where you've changed your mind after using the app, or no longer need it
- purchases older than 14 days, unless the law requires it
- keys that have been shared, resold or used against our Terms
If you're unsure whether an app will work for you, email us before you buy and we'll answer honestly.
How to ask
Email hello@tidlet.com from the address you bought with. Include your payment reference from your receipt and a short description of the problem. We'll try to fix it first, and if we can't, we'll refund you.
What happens next
- We'll reply within 2 business days.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the money.
- When a refund is processed, the license key is turned off and the app stops working within a day.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
